We want you to feel confident every time you wear Fear The Fare. If something isn't working for you, we've got you covered with a straightforward return and exchange process.

Returns

Your first return is FREE.

After your first return, a $5 return shipping-label fee will apply to each additional return. The fee covers the cost of providing a return shipping label and will be deducted from your refund or collected when the return is initiated.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? Exchanges are FREE when you have an active Fear The Fare account.

An active account makes it easier for us to connect your order to your customer profile and keep your exchange process moving.

Before You Send It Back

To keep the process smooth, returned items should be:

• In their original condition
• Unworn and unused
• Free of stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery
• Returned with original tags attached, when applicable

Items that don't meet these requirements may not qualify for a return or exchange.

At Fear The Fare, we want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. You choose the speed, and we'll pick the best carrier to get it there. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Options

We currently offer:

• Standard Shipping
• 3-Day Shipping
• 2-Day Shipping
• Next Day Shipping

Rates are shown at checkout. We ship with trusted carriers like USPS and UPS and choose the best one for each order.

FREE SHIPPING OVER $55

Spend more than $55 on your order and Standard Shipping is on us.

No extra hoops. No complicated process. Just shop, hit $55+, and we’ll cover the shipping.

Processing Times

Orders placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day when possible. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Processing and transit are two different things. Delivery times for each shipping option start once your package is picked up by the carrier.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Once Your Order Leaves Us

We pack every order with care. Once your package is handed to the carrier, it's in their hands.

Fear The Fare is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.

That said, we believe in taking care of our people. If your package arrives damaged, contact us at admin@fearthefare.com as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and damaged items.

We'll do our best to work with you and determine a reasonable solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier first. 

If it still doesn't turn up within 3 business days, reach out and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, because we can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Carrier Delays

Weather, holidays, high volume, and other things outside our control can affect delivery times. We'll always get your order out on time. After that, the carrier's timelines apply.
