Return & Exchange Policy

Your fit. Your choice. Your legend.

We want you to feel confident every time you wear Fear The Fare. If something isn't working for you, we've got you covered with a straightforward return and exchange process.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Your first return is FREE.

After your first return, a $5 return shipping-label fee will apply to each additional return. The fee covers the cost of providing a return shipping label and will be deducted from your refund or collected when the return is initiated.

Start a Return by emailing us at admin@fearthefare.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with your return shipping label and next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, since returns without a label can't be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item? Exchanges are FREE when you have an active Fear The Fare account.

An active account makes it easier for us to connect your order to your customer profile and keep your exchange process moving.

Before You Send It Back

To keep the process smooth, returned items should be:

In their original condition
Unworn and unused
Free of stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery
Returned with original tags attached, when applicable

Items that don't meet these requirements may not qualify for a return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

The following can't be returned or exchanged: items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and undergarments or swimwear.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
